We provide high standards of accommodation, companionship and a support service designed to promote independence.
We provide a warm and welcoming environment within a communal setting and with individual living areas where you have your own room, with your own furniture and private possessions. There is no institutional feel to our houses which accommodate between 6 and 12 tenants.
Most of our rooms have en-suite facilities or have a bathroom or shower room nearby for your sole use.
We provide highly nutritious lunches and evening meals in the communal dining area where, if you wish, you can participate in social activities too.
Our houses have access to a community alarm service so you can enjoy peace of mind knowing help is at hand even when staff are off site.
The housing support service provided by our caring staff is based on an assessment of your individual needs. Our approach gives you choice and the opportunity to shape the service to suit your personal requirements.
Our accommodation is affordable too. Rents are reasonable and all inclusive covering heating , lighting, food, contents insurance, television licence and council tax where applicable.
If you qualify for housing benefits then most of the charges are met. Those tenants unable to meet the cost of housing support services may also receive this free of charge.
